The challenge
An NFL franchise runs on data from everywhere — ticketing, sponsorship, operations, league feeds — and the existing warehouse couldn't keep up. The organization needed a modern BI function built essentially from the ground up: architecture, tooling, vendor selection, budget, and team.
How we approached it
- 1
Conducted a full assessment of the existing data warehouse and delivered a roadmap to address its limitations and support future scale.
- 2
Implemented a modern stack — Snowflake, Snaplogic, Tableau, and AWS — selected through formal vendor evaluations and RFPs we ran end to end.
- 3
Built reusable data integration frameworks that dramatically reduced onboarding time for each new data source.
- 4
Hired and developed the team, and owned the BI budget — the full function, not just the technology.
The outcome
A BI function the front office could actually use, with an integration framework that turned new data sources from projects into tasks. Proof that we can own a data capability end to end — architecture through vendor negotiation through team.
