AIM Metrics is a small, senior data & AI engineering studio out of Silicon Slopes, Utah. We spent our careers inside enterprise data teams and high-growth product orgs — and started Aim to be the firm we always wished we could hire.
Why Aim exists
We’ve sat on the client side of the table. We’ve watched seven-figure consulting engagements produce architecture decks instead of architectures. We’ve inherited the codebases that body shops left behind. We’ve been the internal engineers who quietly rebuilt what the vendor “delivered.”
Aim is the correction: a studio where the people who scope the work are the people who build it, where the first engagement is small enough to be a fair test, and where the deliverable is a running system your team can operate without us.
We’re deepest in data — warehouses, pipelines, and migrations our founders led at Vivint, Ancestry, and the New England Patriots — and fluent in everything that sits on top of it: AI systems with real evaluation discipline, and full-stack products that make the data worth something. Today that track record is working for clients like NRG Energy.

Sr. Director of Platform Engineering at a healthcare data analytics platform (Xevant); previously Data Platform Manager at Vivint Smart Home and cloud engineering at Adobe. Deep hands-on experience across Microsoft Azure and Databricks alongside the AWS and Snowflake stacks we run for clients. Owns the infrastructure, automation, and reliability layer underneath everything we ship.
