About Us
Aim Metrics is a team of operators and engineers from Silicon Slopes, Utah, on a mission to make every employee, at every level, a data-driven decision maker.
Our Mission
Most organizations are drowning in data but starving for insight. Teams spend hours pulling reports from disconnected tools, manually updating spreadsheets, and still can't answer the question that matters most: what should I do right now?
We built Aim to flip that model. Instead of you hunting for metrics, the metrics find you, with context, with OKR alignment, and with AI-driven recommendations specific to your role and your goals.
Our platform connects to your existing data sources, automatically tracks the KPIs that matter for your role, and surfaces the exact actions you should take when something changes. No analysts required.
What We Believe
These principles shape every product decision we make.
Performance data should be simple to understand and act on, not locked behind reports that take a team of analysts to interpret.
Knowing what happened is only half the job. Aim tells you what to do about it, with role-specific recommendations tied directly to your OKRs.
Sales, marketing, engineering, finance, HR, every team has different KPIs. Aim adapts to the role, not the other way around.
We show our work. Every Aim recommendation includes data lineage and reasoning so your team can trust, and verify, every insight.

Follow Aim Metrics on LinkedInOur team has worked inside companies where performance data was scattered across dozens of tools, where KPI reviews happened in weekly meetings with stale spreadsheets, and where OKRs were set in January and forgotten by March. We built Aim to solve that problem for every team.
